I keep "thinking" of different methods of voting ... that could/would/somehow, let us account for things .....

Change the number of votes based on factors ...

Your IQ on a standardized test (dont care if it is biased, pick a test, any test)

EFFECTIVE TAX rate - TOTAL PAID/ TOTAL UNADJUSTED INCOME

(People whose EFFECTIVE tax rate is HIGH, get more votes)

Log10(taxed income)

(People who PAY a LOT in taxes get more votes)

(Score from a basic science test: evolution, round earth, science is real, etc)

(Score from a basic grammar test)

You would always get 1 vote ... but BONUS votes votes for ...

(Increment for every congressional election that you have voted in previously) (people who vote infrequently are counted less than those that vote every two years)
