Option 1) kick Trump from the GOP party. Trump runs as an independent.
Option 2) hope Trump burns himself out by opening his mouth. Trump is gaining in the polls by being a bigot.
Option 3) attack Trump in a concerted effort. Trump has gained sympathy and increased support.
Option 4) convince all but the most moderate candidates to drop out, rally behind him and hope Trump goes away.
