IN the end .. you ask the silly question (do we need to wear shirts) ... which answers the other questions ..... which are being ignored/not asked/etc
you are out at a dark, dank gay bar - when you walk in, you literally are putting on your "go ahead let's get crazy" shirt ...
which is why this woman, upset about LEWDNESS at an SF gay bar is so absurd .... "hello - you are in a sex friendly environment - for gay men"
on the other extreme you have men and women AT WORK, being sexually assaulted, their jobs threatened, etc ...
those victims went to work with their "we are work, dont grab my crouch" shirts on ... and were assaulted
whether it is assault or not is defined by the implicit shirts that we are wearing and the implicit contract of those locations.
