There was an article recently about LIFE post OZ.
What happens when you reach your target and stop???
I’ve been thinking about this since DAY ONE:
IF this drug works because of a natural hormone deficiency, why would you stop?
My current “plan” is that once I reach my second goal (180), I will discuss with dr, and the slowly start reducing my dosage. And pay strict attention to weight and inches and eating behavior.
Hell, with the 1mg pens, I can go from one shot every seven days to, 8, 9, 10, 14.
Switch to the .5mg pens. .25mg once a week.
Whatever.
I’m guessing that zero dosage, the food noise might return, along with the fat.
It it doesn’t. Yay no more shots.
If I need it forever? GOOD. I already take a thyroid replacement pill. Just another replacement.
Another option might be a month on a month off 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off.
Not zero.
But I’m never going back to Peak Pete. Fuck that noise
