I am pizza-dexterous
one of the AWESOME things about making pizzas ...
the owners were about as italian as possible Perfettis ... LOL
but our managers were POLISH !! (hello, chicago!!)
half the staff were lithuanian, many were mexican/mixes/mutts.
so yah ...
BUT ... chicago has 3-5 STYLES of pizza !!!
thin (which is still thicker than NYC thin)
thin (nyc thin)
thick (MMMMMMMMMMMM) think thick doughy bread with heaven on top
stuffed - pizza pie ... MORE CHEESEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE all in the middle
so yah. I am pizza-dexterous
