except that you only had 10 pints on the shelf ... so you sold 100% of your stock - BOO

you could have sold 11 or 20 or 2000, but you have zero information

let them PRE_ORDER, first come, first filled

oh look, you have 12,000 preorders, and can make 2000 a month

no waiting, no worrying
