real world achievements
you cant get everything done in one day. break whatever you are doing into bite sized pieces. 1hr, 2hr. but not much longer.
get 1 of those pieces done.
TADA - you just earned your first RL achievement (you get to google RL and then laugh)
each day get as many achievements done as you can with the time set aside for work.
TADA - that's it. period. you now have a life.
tell your boss this is what I got done. this is what I am working on tomorrow. there is no more.
relax and accept that you can not finish everything in one day. EVER.
